Return of Goods

If, for any reason, one or more bottles arrive damaged at your address, please immediately contact our customer care at info@agrigirardi.it and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will respond to you as quickly as possible.

In the case of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle and ask you to email us a photo along with a description of the damage to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.

For both wine that doesn’t meet your preference and damaged goods, it’s necessary to follow the following procedure for a refund:

– Send an email no later than 10 days from receiving the package with the refund request and the reason for it.

– Within 10 days from notifying us of your intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the following address:
